Broken image in “Our Approach” section due to external placeholder #3

I noticed that the image in the “Our Approach” section is loaded from
https://via.placeholder.com/600x400, which fails to load in some environments
and shows a broken image icon.

Would you prefer:

  • replacing this with a local placeholder image, or
  • removing the image until a final asset is available?

Happy to submit a PR based on your preference.
